1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Prohibited Activities

3.3 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances including deposits and winnings, legal action, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities. okjl22 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms and Conditions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed during the transaction process. 4.2 Withdrawals

These limitations apply regardless of whether okjl22 was advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the okjl22 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

As an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, players may submit unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

okjl22 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting updated terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of okjl22 services following publication of modified terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with our account closure procedures.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations. okjl22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. In cases of account closure initiated by okjl22, we will provide notice and return eligible account balances in accordance with applicable policies and regulations, unless forfeiture is warranted due to Terms violations.
